FALL FUN AT THE BLACK ISLAND FARMS!!

This week we went to our family farm up in Syracuse. My dad and his two brothers have been running this farm for....well my whole life. My dads oldest brother and his family run it now and for 5 or so years have been doing a corn maze. For the last 2 years it has been the largest cornfield maze in Utah!!!! Pretty cool, huh! We had a blast! They have so much to do.

They have animals: cows, chickens, goats, pigs, Lamas, donkeys, and some other animals. One of our favorites is the pig races! These cute little porky friends race for cookies.

They have hay rides that go to the pumpkin patch. We didn't do the hayride this year, but we made sure to get some pumpkins!! Also in the courtyard is the kiddie corral, bonfire (so nice for this crisp fall weather). They make fresh kettle corn(yummy!). My cousin Brandon was making some so we had to grab a warm hand full.

I really like the slides.

I might like them more then the corn maze. This year they have this 2 story tube slide. Really fun. Even Tabeitha went on it. Total, it is 20 acres of farm fun.

This year the maze looks like Ronald McDonald. They did that because, they are raising money for the Ronald McDonald House (it provides a place to stay for family's who have children in the hospital and have no place to stay while their child is receiving treatment. We have one in S.L. for the Primary Children's Hospital) . We totally got lost in Ronald's hair! Thank goodness we had a map.

Tabeitha liked to hide in the corn and jump out and scare us.

It was a really good day at the farm!
