We hope everyone had a great 4th. We had a fabulous time with Jeff's extended family. The 4th is a big deal in his family. It is one of those family parties you just don't miss. We had a big BBQ and played football, soccer, and boccie ball. Then it was time for the main event, the talent show and fireworks display!!! Our family has some crazy talent! The best was when Erika played the harmonica with her legs behind her head! We got a picture of it but, Erika just might kill us if we posted it on our blog. Every family brought a firework to set off. During our families firework, Jeff, myself, and Jentry all jumped rope with ropes we made with glow sticks. Surprisingly Olive was asleep through most of it and when she did wake up she loved the fireworks! Tabeitha on the other hand didn't like the fireworks so much. Over all the 4th of July was a blast. We are so grateful to be living in such a great country. We are thankful for the courage of the men and women that paved the way for all the freedoms we have. Also, We are thankful for the men and women today that sacrifice so much for our freedom and those who have none. I would like to add my amazing husband to that list! I am grateful for his service in the Air National Guard!!

Those family 4th of July parties are LAME. We need to do something fun one of these years. (turns off sarcasm mode) Cool pix guys!!
